How to select which Tasks folder displayed in Daily Tasks List"?

I have a user with two Exchange accounts configured in her Outlook 2013; one is her main account and second is shared team account.

Both accounts have default Tasks folders with tasks.

When she goes to Weekly Calendar view and enables "Daily Tasks List", the task list includes tasks from BOTH Tasks folders in both exchange accounts.

Is it possible to configure so that Daily Tasks List shows only tasks which are in the "primary" Exchange account?

Hi,

The Daily Task List view is unable to be modified, it will always show to-do items for all accounts in your Outlook.

As a workaround, we can use the To-Do bar instead of the Daily Task List. We can then customize the view for To-Do bar to only show to-do items for your default account using the following steps:

1. In your Outlook 2013, click File > Account Settings > Account Settings, double-click the shared team account.

2. Press More Settings button, you'll see the account name for the shared account. Remember this name or copy it to clipboard as youll need it later.

3. Enable To-Do bar by clicking View tab > To-Do Bar > Tasks. Now you will see all to-do lists on the right side or the Outlook window.

4. Right-click the Arrange by: header of the To-Do Bar, choose View Settings.

5. Click Filter button.

6. Click Advanced tab.

7. Click Field drop-down list > All mail fields > E-mail account. Set the following criteria to filter out a specific account:

Field: E-mail Account

Condition: doesnt contain

Value: <Shared Account Name>

8. Click "Add to List" button to apply the filter.

9. Click OK. Click OK.

Not exactly what I was looking for but it appears its the closest best thing since Outlook cannot support what I was looking for - its too bad!

Thanks for the response anyhow. I tagged it as an answer.
